Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made and on non-refundable costs already committed (hotels, transport, permits).

Indicative cancellation charges

• 30+ days before departure: minimal processing charge.
• 15–29 days before departure: partial charge on the tour cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: higher charge as bookings are locked.
• Less than 7 days / no-show: booking is generally non-refundable.

Refund processing

No payment is collected on this website. Any amount paid to us directly is refunded, after deducting applicable charges, through the same channel it was received. Speak to our team on WhatsApp to start a cancellation.
